Details
- The Adecco Group announced a global rollout of Salesforce’s Agentforce Coworker across 40-plus countries after pilots in the UK and France.
- The deployment extends to 27,000 employees and is built on Salesforce’s enterprise AI teammate, powered by Anthropic’s Claude.
- Coworker is designed to support sales, recruitment, and client-candidate engagement by giving staff one interface for data, systems, and organizational knowledge.
- Adecco said its recruitment agentic AI has already been deployed in ten countries, covering about 50% of its business revenues, and Coworker will add context from more than 2.5 million agent-candidate interactions since April 2025.
- The company said the system can help sales teams identify prospects, prepare briefs, enrich data, and track leads, while recruiters can launch pre-screening, recruiter, and onboarding agents from existing workflows.
Impact
The rollout signals a larger shift from experimental AI pilots to enterprise-wide agentic workflows in staffing and services. It also reinforces Salesforce’s push to position Agentforce as a frontline productivity layer, with Adecco using it to standardize knowledge access and scale human-in-the-loop hiring operations across regions.
