- NVIDIA announced Halos for Robotics, a full-stack safety system for robotics and physical AI that unifies AI compute, software, sensor connectivity and certification support.
- The system centers on NVIDIA IGX Thor, Holoscan Sensor Bridge, Halos OS, and the Halos AI Systems Inspection Lab, which is ANAB-accredited for functional and AI safety.
- Agility Robotics is the first partner to incorporate Halos for Robotics elements into its safety system for Digit, its humanoid robot used in industrial logistics and manufacturing.
- NVIDIA said Halos builds on more than 18,600 engineering years of autonomous vehicle safety work and extends that framework from AVs into industrial robotics.
